Or nominate a dollar value that they can spend on a treatment of their choice. Vouchers can be purchased over the phone, or in person and can also be emailed to the purchaser or recipient to be printed off.

Only one person may use each voucher.

Only one voucher or offer can be used at each visit.

Vouchers are legal tender for 3 years. We place a six month suggested use by date on the voucher to encourage the recipient to come in and redeem their voucher. This date is not an expiry date.

When making an appointment the recipient needs to quote the voucher number and the nominated amount on the voucher.

If the recipient would like a different service than the one named on the voucher they can simply transfer the value paid for the voucher to a service of their choice.

As per our cancellation policy all appointments need to be cancelled outside of the 48 hour window to avoid a cancellation fee. A failure to attend an appointment will be taken from the value of the voucher as per our cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy.
